At e’Stellar Estate, everything begins with the land — a singular Yarra Valley
vineyard shaped by Dixons Creek, ancient soils and varied terrain.
Farming 40 hectares with a small, dedicated team, we make wines that speak clearly of place: considered, expressive and true to their origin.
This philosophy runs through both our e’Stellar wines and our e’ Range.
OUR SITE
Situated at Dixons Creek in the Yarra Valley, our vineyard spans alluvial plains
and steep, rocky slopes with shallow soils over fractured mudstone.
Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sit at its core, alongside Shiraz and Bordeaux varieties,
planted across a range of aspects, soils and vine ages. This diversity allows us to
craft wines with both clarity and complexity.
THE MAKERS
e’Stellar Estate is guided by winemaker Martin Siebert, whose approach
is defined by restraint, precision and respect for place.
Our vineyard manager, Greg McRae, brings deep knowledge of the site, built over nearly a decade farming its soils.
Together with a small team, they shape the wines from vineyard to bottle.
