Wine Shipping & Returns Policy
Upon approval of your payment, we will ship ordered goods to your nominated street address within 2-5 working days within Victoria or 3-10 days if shipping to other states and territories.
If for some reason goods are not available, we will notify you within two working days and, where possible, offer you an alternative vintage or product. If you do not wish to purchase this alternative, we will refund your payment.
On the rare occasion that the quality of our delivered wine is compromised, we may accept returns provided the customer contacts us within 30 days of the delivery with relevant order information. The customer is required to take the goods to their local post office to arrange for a return. The goods must be in acceptable order and adequately packed in their original packaging.
Refunds
Upon the receipt and validation of a customer’s returned goods in acceptable order, e'STELLAR Estate will issue a refund or replacement of the goods to the customer. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used to complete the original purchase.

We generally use Australia Post for our deliveries and can provide tracking information.
