2025 e' Pinot Noir

Deep ruby in colour, this wine opens with lifted florals, ruby grapefruit and a hint of soft leather, striking a nice balance between fruit and earth. The palate is generous and expressive, packed with dark cherry and a touch of orange liqueur, with gentle cinnamon spice from oak. Cranberry-like acidity keeps everything in check, while soft tannins make it easy to drink — with just enough going on to keep you interested.

Perfect with mushroom risotto, though equally at home alongside pork, chicken or a good wood-fired pizza.

WINEMAKING

Grown and made on our Yarra Valley estate, this wine brings together several small Pinot Noir parcels, each picked and fermented separately before time in French oak. After 10 months in oak, the parcels were blended together and bottled without filtration.
