2025 e' Chardonnay

Pale gold and bright in the glass, this wine opens with a fresh, lifted nose of nashi pear, lemon blossom and a hint of nougat. The palate is beautifully weighted, carrying a gentle sense of drive and energy. It’s a modern, fruit-driven style, crisp and vibrant, with well-integrated oak and just a touch of funk to keep things interesting. Juicy stone fruit bursts through the mid-palate, bringing both generosity and freshness. Equally at home with roast chook or greasy takeaway and best shared in great company.

WINEMAKING

Grown and made on our Yarra Valley estate, this wine is a blend of small batches, each bringing something a little different. Some were fermented in oak with wild yeasts for texture and character, others kept cool in stainless steel for freshness and lift. Together, they come into balance as a Chardonnay that’s both vibrant and layered.
