2025 e' Cabernet Syrah

Deep ruby purple in the glass, this Cabernet Syrah opens with an attractive nose of dark cherry, cocoa and toasted coconut, layered with lifted notes of caraway seed and spice.

The palate is svelte and composed, driven by fresh acidity and fine, gently grippy tannins. Blueberry and plum fruit sit at the core, followed by subtle notes of cinnamon, vanilla cream and graphite. A gentle savoury thread runs throughout with a touch of soy and a hint of spice, adding complexity. Balanced and versatile, this is a red for all occasions and all seasons.

WINEMAKING

Made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Shiraz and 8% Cabernet Franc, all grown on our Yarra Valley estate. Matured in French oak barrels for 12 months and bottled without filtration.
