How our wine fundraiser works
- Register your group. Tell us about your club, school or community group. We handle the setup and create your own fundraising link and QR code.
- Share your link. Add it to a newsletter, social post, note home to families or printed flyer. Supporters shop online and their discount applies automatically.
- Get paid. Your commission goes straight into your bank account through our affiliate system, GoAffPro. There's no invoicing and no chasing payment.

The more your community shares the link, the more your group earns. For example, 100 bottles of our 2024 e'Stellar wines earns $540, and 100 bottles of our 2025 e'Stellar wines earns $608.

How much does our group earn? 15% of the discounted sale price. For example, a $45 bottle sold at 20% off is $36, so your group earns $5.40. See the price table above for every wine.
Is there any cost or risk to our group? No. There's nothing to pay upfront and no stock to buy or hold.
How does delivery work? Orders can be delivered, or collected from the estate. For group drives, we can pack everything together and deliver it to your club or organisation.
When do we get paid? Commissions are paid into your group's bank account automatically through GoAffPro.
Is a wine fundraiser suitable for a school or junior club? Orders must be placed by adults aged 18 or over, and your supporters are the families and members who choose to buy. Check your own group's policy on alcohol and fundraising first. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll talk it through.
